Website, (the “Website”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”), whether or not you are a registered member (“Member”) or Client . If you desire to apply and become a Member or Client and make use of the Posh Alliance LLC & Lets kiss club service (the “Service”), then please read these Terms of Use. If you object or disagree to anything in this Agreement or the Posh Alliance LLC Privacy Policy, do not use the Website or the Service.

Sec 1:
Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.

By registering for one of our events You declare that You are single and not otherwise attached and available. Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club does check the background or marital status of any Participant. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to perform these checks if desired.

Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club will do its best to introduce single couples, but it does not guarantee that its services or efforts will result in "matches" as defined within the Posh Alliance LLC web site nor will result in any future meeting or date with other Participants.

At our events You are not allowed to ask for someone's contact information directly. You are not allowed to make any sexual, lewd, or inappropriate remarks. You are not allowed to ask any sexual, lewd, or inappropriate questions. You are not allowed to touch anyone in an inappropriate way or follow someone home. You are not allowed to loiter outside the venue after the event if the venue owner, manager, or staff has asked you leave. You must immediately leave the venue if our host asks you to leave.

Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club reserves the right to reject any Participant from registering to one of our events for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund Participant's registration fee in full and prevent User from participating in any Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club event.

If an event is canceled you will be notified immediately by Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club and refunded the money you paid to register for the event unless otherwise explained but Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club and it’s team . If an event is postponed (moved to another date), you agree to attend the new event. If an event is moved to another venue, you agree to attend the event at the new venue. If you cannot attend due to a postponement or venue change, You are required to notify Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club immediately, so that We can then issue you a refund for the amount paid or give you credit toward another event depended on Circumstance.

Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club will not sell or misuse any Participant's information. Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club will provide only your "matches" with Your name, email, and phone number. By registering for an event online (at www. Poshalliance.club, www.letskissclub.com) or attending one of our events, you give us permission to distribute Your name, email, and phone number to your "matches." Your matches are other Participants who you notified us You liked and who shared a similar interest in You.

You agree that you will use the poshalliance.club, www.letskissclub.com website lawfully and ethically. Our website contains copyrighted and proprietary information. No visitor or Partipant is allowed to download or share any images or text from our site. No visitor or Participant is allowed to recreate our website for personal use, that includes saving our website in full or in part on their hard drive or in a PDF or other file.

In this paragraph "Competitor" refers to any company or organization in the same industry as Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club, or friend, relative, or employee of anyone in or associated with any company or organization in the same industry as Posh Alliance LLC , including, and relationship websites or organizers of social events. If you are a Competitor of Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club you cannot visit our website to learn "tricks of the trade." You cannot use software to examine our website's PageRank, Alexa Rank, Compete Rank, our number of visitors each month, what venues we work with, or view our website source code. You also cannot use any software on our website to check Our website grade, number of backlinks, or other information. If you are a

Competitor you are not allowed to Register for any of our speed events without prior consent from the President of Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club . If you are a competitor you are required to inform Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club that you are a Competitor if you plan to attend one of Our events.

It is Your responsibility to take care of your property during and after our event. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen property, or any property you may have left behind at any of our events. We will make our best effort to help you search/or report any stolen or lost property, or any property left behind, so as long as we have been notified of the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.

Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club does not offer any monetary refunds unless we have purposefully cancelled an event or postponed an event to a date/time/place You are unable to attend. Under all other circumstances, our sole liability is to replace admission for one event with the admission of another event.

Participant must notify Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club via email or phone to give prior notice of cancellation or reschedule. If Participant fails to show at our event and did not give us more than 5 days notice of the planned absence, Participant forfeits his/her admission and all refunds and transfers. Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club can make exceptions to this Rule at its discretion.

Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club organizes many themed events. Any paying Participant is free to attend any of our events whether he/she is of the same ethnic group specified for the event or not.

From time to time Posh Alliance LLC has "Price Specials" for men or women based on gender, ethnicity or lifestyle. You agree that it is up to Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club who it wishes to give a price special to.

You agree that in case of any damage to You, our sole liability will be equal to the price of the event ticket that You purchased.

If you dispute our charge for any reason and initiate a charge back with your credit card company, we are authorized by You to send your credit card company a copy of the credit card authorization form you signed as well as a copy of your signed match card as proof of attendance. If you fail to attend an event without notifying us of your absence within 5 business days (as aforementioned), you are in no way entitled to a refund. In case you cannot attend, and notify us after the 5 allotted days, we can apply your payment toward a future speed event, but you are not entitled to a monetary refund. If you initiate a charge back in violation of our terms and conditions, you agree that we may take legal action against you and that you are solely responsible for all legal fees (Yours and Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club), and that you will also compensate us for the time our staff spent fighting the charge back.

You agree to let us publish any testimonial you submit to Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club on its website.

Upon registering for a speed event, contacting us through a contact form, or entering your phone number and email address on any form on the Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club website, you consent that your email and phone number will be collected for the purposes of email promotions, text message promotions (SMS and MMS), including any notifications of upcoming speed dating events, or other singles parties. The messages may pertain to Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club or events and news by other sites run by Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club managers.

Sec 4:
Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club vacations

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: You have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel a trip for a full refund. After 24 hours, the trip deposit – and all future payments – are non-refundable. We highly recommend you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes trip cancellation coverage within 3 days after booking that includes a “Cancel for Any Reason” option to cover your non-refundable trip. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your trip for any reason, whether voluntarily or as a result of Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club Life’s actions.

AUTOMATED PAYMENTS REQUIRED FOR PAYMENT PLANS: As of January 1, 2019, all payment plans require monthly automated payments to debited from your credit/debit card. Manual payments where clients can log in and pay at their leisure can no longer be supported. At any time, you may contact our office to pay in full.

PAYMENT PLANS: As a courtesy we offer payment plans for our trips. Your monthly payments start the following month after booking on the same day you paid your deposit. A monthly payment of the minimum amount due is required each month via debit. You may contact us to change your payment date after booking prior to 72 hours of your payment date. Our system sends courtesy reminders about your upcoming payment but you are responsible for ensuring your payment is successful and your card is up to date. If your payment is declined we will attempt 2 consecutive days. After a 3rd failed attempt you charged an interest fee.

MISSED PAYMENTS: Once you miss two monthly payments your trip is subject to cancellation. Once your trip is cancelled you will be notified via your email. You may reinstate your trip within 7 calendar days of cancellation by paying the full amount past due.

FINAL PAYMENT DATE:Trips must be paid in full by the final payment date of the trip noted in the confirmation email. If full payment is not received by that date a penalty charge of $100 will be placed on the account after 3 business days. After 7 business days of failing to make the final payment Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club reserves the right to cancel the trip.

TRANSFER POLICY: You can transfer your trip to another traveler by notifying us via email. There is a one-time transfer fee of $199.

BOOKING PRICING & AVAILABILITY: Tour pricing fluctuates and at any time prior to a confirmed reservation the tour price may be increased or decreased without warning. Once a tour is confirmed the price is locked in and will not increase; unless the offering is no longer available. Occasionally we offer discounted pricing based on inventory which is not retroactive to previously purchased bookings. Any changes in occupancy done post booking will be done at the current pricing available.

ROOMMATE POLICY: If you book double occupancy for your trip and you do not have a roommate, as a courtesy, we will attempt to pair you with another client, of the same gender, who also needs a roommate. However, if 90 days before your trip, you do not have a roommate; you will be required to pay the single occupancy supplement for your trip. Payment of the single occupancy supplement can be paid over the 3 months prior to the trip departure date. Effective for all trips departing after April 1, 2019.
ITINERARY CHANGES: While we make every effort to execute the itineraries provided on the website, itineraries are subject to modification and change due to availability or vendor partner changes. In the unlikely event that there are major changes to the itinerary, clients are notified as soon as possible and an equivalent substitution will be offered.

REQUIRED TRAVEL MEDICAL INSURANCE: All clients attending an Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club trip are required to purchase a Travel Medical Insurance policy that includes (1) Emergency Medical Coverage, (2) Emergency Medical Evacuation, and (3) Repatriation of your remains should you perish. A Proof of policy document from your insurance provider is required 60 days prior to the trip departure date. Your US Health insurance will most likely not satisfy these requirements.

HEALTH & WELLNESS POLICY: All trips require that you are able to walk at least 5 miles each day on your own. You should consult your physician to confirm your fitness level for travel and participation in planned activities. Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club does not provide medical advice.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: Photography and video of the trip activity is taken throughout the experience and shared with clients post trip. By participating on this trip or at this event you are giving Posh Alliance LLC; its representatives and employees the right to use photographs, video, and testimony given by you during any Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club“Trip”, “Tour”, “Lifestyle Experience”, or “Lifestyle Event”. Posh Alliance LLCe will not disclose your name online or in printed media without additional expressed written consent.

VISA REQUIREMENTS: Travel visas are required for many countries visited on our packages. It is the responsibility of each traveler to comply with them and to secure the proper travel documents. To avoid disappointment and unnecessary expenses, please carefully review the requirements so that you can obtain all necessary documents well before your trip. Requirements are subject to change, often without notice, and we suggest you verify requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate. We will not be held responsible for any charges, trip interruptions, or cancellations due to incorrect or missing visas.

PASSPORTS: Passports are required for all U.S. citizens traveling abroad. Due to TSA Secure Flight requirements, you must enter all traveler names on your reservation exactly as they appear on each traveler’s passport, including titles such as Jr. or Sr. and any multiple first, middle or last names. If accurate information is not provided, airlines may charge penalties to make corrections or even deny boarding, and you may not be permitted to enter some countries. Any changes in names or passport information should be reported to us immediately via email. Note that any name changes or changes in passport information after you complete your booking may result in additional fees.

DAMAGES: We accept no responsibility for accidents, damage, baggage losses, delays and/or accidental expenses due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, terrorism, criminal acts committed by third parties, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, sickness, quarantine, defects of vehicles or breakdown in equipment, or to the fault or default of any company used for carrying out these packages. Regarding any and all services and accommodations furnished, we expressly disclaim all responsibility or liability over any matter whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or expense to property or person due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the duration of the trip or otherwise. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passengers.

TRIP CANCELLATION FOR REASONS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL: In the rare event that it becomes necessary to cancel the trip for reasons beyond our control, such as terrorism, strikes, acts of governments, weather, etc. we will reschedule the trip. If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will offer refunds in a queue based on the booking date as we fill your spot, but we cannot guarantee a refund. Your travel insurance should cover these circumstances should they occur.

Sec 5:
Customer Service.

Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club provides assistance and guidance through its customer services. When communicating with our customer service, you may not to be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or otherwise behave inappropriately. Telephone calls between you and our customer service may be recorded for quality assurance purposes. If we feel that your behavior towards any of our customer service or other employees is at any time threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership and you will not be entitled to any refund.

Billing and Payment. Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club bills you through an online merchant account and gateway for use of the Service. You agree to pay Posh Alliance LLC (will appear on your statement “Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club “)all charges at the prices you agreed to for any use of the Service by you or other persons (including your agents) using your Billing Account, and you authorize Posh Alliance LLC to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”)

for the Service. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club may correct any billing errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. This Section includes any agreements you made withPosh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club on the Website when becoming a Member or subscribing to the Service. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method.

Modifications to Service.

Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

Governing Law. This Agreement, and any dispute between you and Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club , shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois without regard to principles of conflicts of law, provided that this arbitration agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Indemnity by You.

You agree to indemnify and hold Posh Alliance LLC & Lets Kiss Club , its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

No Third Party Beneficiaries.

You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, there shall be no third party beneficiaries to this Agreement.

Other and Amendments.
